What isn’t covered in our Landlord Maintenance plan? 

Unfortunately, we cannot cover everything, please see below 
 
Faulty appliances – We do not cover any appliances. You should either have an insurance or warranty taken out on these. 
Blockages – We will not cover any blockages that have been caused by the tenant. 
Electric showers – Depending on the plan you have taken out we will not cover showers on option one or two. 
Hidden pipework – any pipework behind cabinets, units, pipework chased in to walls. 
DIY Plumbing – We do not cover any DIY plumbing. 
Plumbing carried out after our inspection - We do not cover any plumbing that has been carried out after our inspection has been completed.
